As Hurricane Dorian approaches Florida we are beginning to see and are expecting delays in shipping as well as delays in having Amazon accounts ungated. Here is what you need to know: 1. Any orders that have been already been fulfilled in the past week may experience delays with the shipping carrier (typically UPS) please allow some extra time for your shipments to reach their final destination. 2. Any lead-time or import orders may see an additional before they are ready for final US ground shipping. 3. While we expect to miss most of the hurricane action it is likely that we will be experiencing multiple power outages. Because we need to talk to Amazon over the phone to ungate your accounts please do not submit any ungating paperwork/invoices to Amazon until September 9th, 2019. 4. We do not expect new offers to have their lead times negatively impacted.
